SERVICES<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3DSPOT offers CAD modeling, 3D printing, and engineering consultation services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1 Design Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We provide 3D models and technical drawings according to client requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All files become the client&#8217;s property after payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We retain the right to use project images for marketing purposes (with client permission)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2 Printing Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We print according to client-provided or our developed models<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We guarantee compliance with specified parameters (material, dimensions, tolerances)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee suitability for a specific application without coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>2. ORDER PROCESS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.1 Price Calculations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instant price calculations are approximate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final price will be confirmed before starting work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices may change if project requirements change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2 Deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stated deadlines are approximate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays are possible due to technical reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will notify you of any deadline changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.3 Changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes to the project after approval may result in additional costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One free iteration included in design projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>3. PAYMENT<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1 Payment Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders with delivery: 100% advance payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design projects (\u20ac300+): 30% advance, 70% before delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2 Payment Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment via Stripe link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.1 Cancellation by Client:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before work begins: Full refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After work begins: Full amount minus costs of work already completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After printing begins: Refund not applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.2 Cancellation by Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we cannot fulfill the order: Full refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If quality does not meet standards: Free reprint or refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.1 Client Files:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Files you provide remain your property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We use them only for service delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We store them for 6 months after project completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.2 Models We Develop:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Become your property after full payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We retain the right to use for portfolio\/marketing (with your permission)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>6. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.1 What We DO NOT Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certified structural calculations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical or aviation parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2 Limitation of Liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our liability is limited to the order value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for indirect losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for use of parts after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.3 Client Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for the legality of provided files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for the use of finished parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. CONFIDENTIALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All projects are kept confidential<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We sign NDAs if required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not disclose client information to third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.1 Claims:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of defects and photographs required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solution: Reprint or refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.2 Applicable Law:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laws of the Republic of Latvia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes to be resolved in Riga courts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>9.
