RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. DESIGN SERVICES

1.1 Before Work Begins:

  • Full refund available until project approval
  • No compensation for consultation time

1.2 After Work Begins:

  • Refund minus the value of work already completed
  • You receive files already developed

1.3 After Project Completion:

  • All sales are final
  • If result does not match what was agreed – one free iteration
  • If still unsatisfactory – full refund minus the value of work completed

2. 3D PRINTING SERVICES

2.1 Before Printing:

  • Full refund if you cancel before printing has started

2.2 After Printing Begins:

  • No refund (material already used)
  • Exception: If we made a mistake ourselves

2.3 Defect Guarantee:

We will reprint free of charge if:

  • Dimensions do not match specified (>±1mm)
  • Printing defects (layer delamination, holes)
  • Wrong material used
  • Damage during transportation (our fault)

We will NOT reprint if:

  • Design was incorrect (your provided file)
  • Part broke during use (normal wear and tear)
  • You changed your mind after printing
  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality

3. CLAIMS PROCESS

3.1 Time Limits:

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  • After 7 days, claims are not accepted

3.2 How to Submit a Claim:

Send to info@3dspot.org:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of defect
  3. Photos from multiple angles
  4. Desired solution (reprint or refund)

3.3 Response Time:

  • We will respond within 2-3 business days
  • Solution within 7-10 days

4. REFUND METHODS

4.1 Refund Type:

  • Same as payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

4.2 Shipping Costs:

  • If defect is our fault: We refund shipping
  • If you simply changed your mind: Shipping is not refundable

5. RETURNS (PHYSICAL GOODS)

5.1 Remotely:

  • Contact us before sending back
  • We will confirm address and process
  • Keep shipping tracking number

5.2 Condition:

  • Part must be unused and in original condition
  • If damaged during use: No return

6. SPECIAL CASES

6.1 Custom Orders:

  • Fully customized designs are not returnable
  • Exception: Quality does not meet requested standards

6.2 Digital Products (STL Files):

  • Digital products are NOT returnable after download
  • Exception: If file is corrupted or does not match description

7. EXCEPTIONS (NO REFUND)

Refund is NOT available in these cases:

  • You changed your mind after ordering
  • You provided incorrect file/information
  • Part damaged during your use
  • Claim submitted after 7 days
  • Cosmetic defects we warned about
