By using 3DSPOT services, you agree to these terms:

1. SERVICES

3DSPOT offers CAD modeling, 3D printing, and engineering consultation services.

1.1 Design Services:

  • We provide 3D models and technical drawings according to client requirements
  • All files become the client’s property after payment
  • We retain the right to use project images for marketing purposes (with client permission)

1.2 Printing Services:

  • We print according to client-provided or our developed models
  • We guarantee compliance with specified parameters (material, dimensions, tolerances)
  • We do not guarantee suitability for a specific application without coordination

2. ORDER PROCESS

2.1 Price Calculations:

  • Instant price calculations are approximate
  • Final price will be confirmed before starting work
  • Prices may change if project requirements change

2.2 Deadlines:

  • Stated deadlines are approximate
  • Delays are possible due to technical reasons
  • We will notify you of any deadline changes

2.3 Changes:

  • Changes to the project after approval may result in additional costs
  • One free iteration included in design projects

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payment Terms:

  • Orders with delivery: 100% advance payment
  • Design projects (€300+): 30% advance, 70% before delivery

3.2 Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Payment via Stripe link

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

4.1 Cancellation by Client:

  • Before work begins: Full refund
  • After work begins: Full amount minus costs of work already completed
  • After printing begins: Refund not applicable

4.2 Cancellation by Us:

  • If we cannot fulfill the order: Full refund
  • If quality does not meet standards: Free reprint or refund

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Client Files:

  • Files you provide remain your property
  • We use them only for service delivery
  • We store them for 6 months after project completion

5.2 Models We Develop:

  • Become your property after full payment
  • We retain the right to use for portfolio/marketing (with your permission)

6. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY

6.1 What We DO NOT Do:

  • Certified structural calculations
  • Medical or aviation parts

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the order value
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses
  • We are not responsible for use of parts after delivery

6.3 Client Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the legality of provided files
  • You are responsible for the use of finished parts

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All projects are kept confidential
  • We sign NDAs if required
  • We do not disclose client information to third parties

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Claims:

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  • Description of defects and photographs required
  • Solution: Reprint or refund

8.2 Applicable Law:

  • Laws of the Republic of Latvia
  • Disputes to be resolved in Riga courts

9. CHANGES

We may update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting the updated version on this page.
